It’s been a busy start to 2022!
We have successfully installed the turbine outlet steam pipework, Boiler 1 feed and its return pipes to the Waterwalls. The team prepared the Ash Hall roof for casting late last year and has since been poured and cured.
Behind the scenes we’ve installed the Natural Gas pipework to and around the Auxiliary Burners, initiated welding of Boiler 1 & 2 Waterwalls and continue to fit girts in the Turbine Hall.
To see January out, the team commenced works on the HV cable bridge and cladding works to the Reception Hall, Bunker and Turbine Hall.
